In July 2020 Rightscon, an international human rights conference, asked me to interview Commissioner Rosenworcel. I was honored by the invitation, so I took a day off from hiking the Colorado Trail and found a steady internet connection in Silverton, Colorado. The Commissioner and I covered the topics of the digital divide, Indigenous telecommunications policy, and spectrum sovereignty.
